Since I purchased my CX3, all of my service appointments have been easy to schedule. Once I just stopped by with a concern and they had a technician look at what I was worried about. There was no problem and no charge from them. The work is always completed in a timely fashion, and any questions on my part are addressed. TLDR: Be careful of the finance department of this dealership. Read everything you sign, triple check everything. While the salespeople are friendly and are reasonable, you can get royally screwed by the finance department. Either avoid this dealership altogether or if you absolutely have to shop here, be extremely vigilant on what you are signing. You can't trust the prices they list on their website. A car that is listed as "certified" is, as you find out when you sit down to do the paperwork, actually just eligible to be certified. If you want it to be certified, you have to pay an extra $1500. Many pictures were sent along with many conversations on how perfect was this vehicle. When the vehicle was delivered it wouldn't start and had to be towed to the local mechanic. Salesman lied over text saying he was going to take off $1000 from the car. Wasted my time and theirs; very unprofessional. His excuse was "You needed to come in within a certain timeframe to receive the $1000 off." Yet somehow that was never mentioned until it came time to sign the deal. Dealership would not honor the discount even with proof of texts between me and the salesman. I understand they need to make money but what kind of company doesn't honor their word? Will not be doing business with them or recommending them to any colleagues.

For the first time in my life I can actually say that purchasing a car was a pleasure. I had researched the vehicle I wanted online. Mr. Bartlow and Mr, Marfani had it ready when I came in. Mr. Marfani was very helpful without applying high pressure tactics. I was shopping for a vehicle on-line and ended up at Rich Mortons Mazda. Neal was able to put together a deal for me and I purchased a vehicle. This dealer does not offer long distance delivery but my salesman Bill Readling located an enclosed delivery service at a good price and I hired them.The purchase process was painless. Neal pointed out a scuff on the car that was not seen in the pictures and he had it repaired. Once I receive the vehicle I will report on the quality of work and the final process.

All prices on their website were not honored when I visited the dealer. The only reason I went to look at the vehicle was the advertise price. Horrible practice of bait and switch. DO NOT go to their location and expect them to honor their own advertised price on their used vehicles. There sorry excuse about having a technical issue is just another example of a dealer to avoid.

Purchased 09 mercury milan from salesman Chris germanakos in used cars. Driving home from the dealership abs light came on so I immediately texted him and stated light came on and he said it was on when he drove it. I'm not sure why an oil change and alignment should take 3 hours! I had an appointment and I did tell the service representative that I would be waiting. I was told that the two items should be finished in less than 2 hours (an hour and half to be exact) and that's why I chose to wait. In the future, tell a customer with an appointment the truth!!!

Scheduled service for a recall, oil change, and look at my radio as the blue tooth, Aux and USB ports stopped working. Waited 10 days for service in order to get a loaner car. When the car was dropped a loaner was not available had to wait for 1hr 45 minutes for a rental car which I was charged $45.00 for the insurance. Only to be told that a car I bought less than 90 days ago which was Mazda Pre-Owned certified had "tires that were shot" and the radio was not under warranty.

I have a 2002 Lincoln LS that has been serviced by Rich Morton(RM) since 2010. At that time they were a Lincoln dealership but Lincoln has moved on. I remained at RM because they retained many of the Lincoln mechanics and their service has always been superb as it has been recently. I would have rated them a 5 star rating, but recently an aftermarket component was used for a repair and it apparently was not compatible. After lengthy troubleshooting and a couple retrurn trips to RM the solution was to obtain the OEM Motorcraft part which corrected the problem . Lesson learned ... Read More
