Richard Wade was an excellent salesman! Even though I told him I was not sure that I was ready to buy a car, he patiently explained the car’s features and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He noticed a scratch that I had not seen, and had it repaired. When we were going through the settings, he made sure that I knew which ones were most important for me and set them up. Richard knows the car and how to make sure the car is right for the customer! Great experience!

George greeted me with a smile and handshake at 5:30am. He took the time to walk the entire vehicle with me as he explained what the tech would be taking care of. Class act. I explained I had a meeting in Baltimore at 2pm and that I needed to pick the vehicle up at 1pm. I received a call from Keith at 12:30pm explains my vehicle was ready. Perfect!

Everyone is very helpful and friendly, they’re honest about what my vehicle does, and most importantly, does NOT need. Waiting area is top notch!

I really love coming to Rich Morton Mazda. Everything is seamless and getting work done on the car is also seem less. This is a big reason I left JBA Mitsubishi and am happy to be where I am at. I was shocked at how great my experience was here! My salesman Richard was very helpful. The sales manager Tom was super nice. I always get nervous when I go into the finance office but Lenny helped me get a lower interest rate AFTER I'd already signed the contract. He didn't have to, but he went above and beyond to redo the contract. I am so impressed by this dealership I'll be referring everyone I know.

Went to get an oil change and to fix a recall on my car. Crystal (I believe) drove me to my house. Very friendly and welcoming. Took a couple of hours which wasn’t a problem for me. Crystal then came back to pick me up. I was trying to pull up a coupon for the oil change and the cashier helped me out. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Customer service is excellent and the maintenance service is fast and good. The whole process is comendable...from the intake, the call to let you know your car is ready, to the pickup.

The service I received, again, was extraordinary. I had a limited time to have our vehicle serviced as my son was in town for a funeral for one day and it was his car receiving service. Keith went above and beyond to have the vehicle checked, advised what repairs were needed (which were major), and all repairs were completed by mid afternoon. Not to mention the car received a much needed wash. All contact occurred while I was attending a funeral -- Keith was diligent in making sure I was kept in the loop with texts, calls and voice messages. ...
