Since I purchased my CX3, all of my service appointments have been easy to schedule. Once I just stopped by with a concern and they had a technician look at what I was worried about. There was no problem and no charge from them. The work is always completed in a timely fashion, and any questions on my part are addressed. They always discuss any concerns about my vehicle, and even make a video of their inspections. Wow!

Kyle Thompson was outstanding. I took my wife to the dealership to test drive a BMW, which she’s been wanting for a while. Within an hour he was able to get her attached to the Mazda CX9. Everyone was welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in to the building. I got there at 7pm. I took my car in because of an issue with one of my tires Keith and Ginger went above and beyond to fix the issue.
I brought my new (to me - used) Mazda in for a leak problem that turned out to be even worse than I had realized. Keith and the team took care of it but when way above and beyond to ensure not only that the leak was fixed but that the car was safe for me and my newborn. They were quick, kept me updated the entire time, and really made it all so easy. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else.
Just bought my 3rd Mazda from Ritch Morton. I have experienced good customer service from Shan who I recommend as a go to sales man. He is pleasant and knowledgeable about the product he sells not like some who just BS you for a sale. In addition, the after sales support team also provide good customer service. I have bought 3 Mazdas from Ritch Morton over the years all from Shan. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda then go see Shan and see if he can do you a deal.

I was impressed with the entire staff at Rich Morton today. As some reviews noted, the buying experience was a bit slower than expected, but the reason was that they were taking care of all the payoff/credit/paperwork without me actually sitting there watching them. Ginger who works in Finance was a great help when I was buying my car. She helped me get a loan that I was able to afford the monthly payments for and was just very speedy when doing all the paper work so I did not need to stay for a long time filling out lots stuff. She also helped me in service when my car needed to to be repaired and was able to get me a loaner car in a timely manner. I appreciated all her help.

I was in to look at a Mazda3 hatchback after a really negative experience at another dealership. Rich was great; he helped me along through my first car-buying experience. He sat and chatted with us between going back to the finance folks to get my interest rate sorted out, and it seemed like he genuinely wanted to look out for us and make sure I got the car I needed.

For the first time in my life I can actually say that purchasing a car was a pleasure. I had researched the vehicle I wanted online. Mr. Bartlow and Mr, Marfani had it ready when I came in. Mr. Marfani was very helpful without applying high pressure tactics. I got the exact car I wanted at a great price, at a better rate than the pre-approved financing I had when I came to the dealership all in a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend both the dealership and Mr. Marfani.
I was shopping for a vehicle on-line and ended up at Rich Mortons Mazda. Neal was able to put together a deal for me and I purchased a vehicle. This dealer does not offer long distance delivery but my salesman Bill Readling located an enclosed delivery service at a good price and I hired them.The purchase process was painless. Neal pointed out a scuff on the car that was not seen in the pictures and he had it repaired. Once I receive the vehicle I will report on the quality of work and the final process.

I have lived in Baltimore for just over 10 years. Approximately 8 or 9 years ago I had a major problem with the '96 Ford Taurus I owned. I went to a nearby shop, but they no longer did the type work I needed--I had a blown spark plug. This person recommended I go down RT. 2, pass Bob Bell Ford and go to Rich Morten. Took my 2016 Mazda 6 GT in for its 2nd oil change, and tire rotate and balance. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half, including a car wash. Was very pleased with the service that I received. Also had a quick consultation with Jeff from the body shop regarding a question I had.

My vehicle was taken at the time of my appointment. It was finished exactly when they told me. Got the car back cleaned inside and out, My service advisor was with another customer when I arrived and another one jumped in to help me. There was never a wait.

management will alway go above and beyond, never disappoints. While not always a great experience, sometimes things happen.... I have a 2002 Lincoln LS that has been serviced by Rich Morton(RM) since 2010. At that time they were a Lincoln dealership but Lincoln has moved on. I remained at RM because they retained many of the Lincoln mechanics and their service has always been superb as it has been recently. I would have rated them a 5 star rating, but recently an aftermarket component was used for a repair and it apparently was not compatible. After lengthy troubleshooting and a couple retrurn trips to RM the solution was to obtain the OEM Motorcraft part which corrected the problem . Lesson learned ...
